1. General information:
1.1. If you buy an item and you are not convinced, within 30 days you can return it without any question asked, click here to know our return policy HERE.
1.2. Orders need to be placed before 13:00 from Monday to Friday (labour days) in order to be dispatched the same day.
1.3. Once your order has left our facilities you will receive an email and/or confirmation SMS to inform you of the delivery details with your tracking number.
1.4. Lemonurban is not responsible for the delays due to customs/security controls or adverse weather conditions.
1.5. Lemonurban reserves the right to modify orders placed with incorrect delivery information without prior notice.
1.6. Note that some services may be restricted in certain special areas and deliveries may take longer as in the case of the Canary Islands or non european countries.
1.7. Orders to the Canary Islands can be withheld at customs to pay the corresponding fees, these charges are the responsibility of the customers and Lemonurban will not be responsible in any case.
2. Tracking number information:
Spain (peninsular). At Lemonurban we put our trust in the company Envialia for our urgent shipments in the Spanish peninsula. You will receive an email and/or an SMS with the information of your tracking number for your total comfort.
Spain (non peninsular). For outside the peninsula Spanish shipments our solution is the company Correos by certified method. You will receive an email with the information of your tracking number for your total comfort.
Europe. For shipments to Europe we offer 2 types of service for you to choose the one you like the most. If your choice is the standard shipping option, we collaborate with the Post NL company. If instead you prefer the option of * express delivery we will make your shipment with the company DHL Express.
*Standard shipping option:
We will facilitate by email the tracking number which must be followed at http://www.spring-gds.com, in this link you can follow the shipment from origine.
The orders are transported by land and will be delivered by the state couriers of each country, with the exception of Germany, where the Hermes transport company will be responsible for making the final delivery.

* Express delivery option:

Rest of the world. For shippments in the rest of the world, we collaborate with the company DHL Express. We want to offer you the best quality and speed of possible shipping service.
