    1 - I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER – HOW DOES IT WORKS?

 

    1.1 Choose a product

    Choose the desired product and indicate the size you would like to purchase, then press the "Add to Cart" button. When you have added all the desired products to the cart, press "Go to cart" and then in case you have any discount coupon you can enter it. Now click "Continue shopping".

     1.2 Log in/Register

      In order to place an order, you need to register. If you have already registered, you can log in with your E-Mail address and password, so you can access your account and view your orders.

     1.3 Fill in the registration form

     On the next page, your name, surname and e-mail account will be requested. Once entered you will be asked for the billing and shipping details, please make sure that your name can be located in the mailbox and in the house bell. If you want, you can also indicate your telephone number to facilitate the carrier's job. After entering your address, click "Continue" and choose the desired shipping method.

     1.4 Payment

      Here you will be shown the available payment methods.

     1.5 Confirmation

     Press "Continue" again, you will now see all the details of your order. If everything is correct, click on "Place an order" to send us your order. Depending on the payment method, there are other steps required to complete the order.

     You will receive an order confirmation by email, when we have received your order and when we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation of shipping.

     2 - CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTERWARDS?

     Before being packaged you can modify your order by phone, using the contact form or by E-Mail. Please keep in mind that we always try to pack your order as soon as possible, so it would be nice to contact us immediately if you want to change anything.

     You can also make a new order and tell us what you want to modify in the "comments" box when choosing the payment method you want. You can count on us to do our best to help you! 

     Please note that a product will not be displayed as available online if the last available copy is reserved in your order.

     3 - CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

    We can take your order by phone without any problem. Do not hesitate to call us, this is our telephone number: +34 865 676 346

     4 - CAN I MAKE A PRODUCT RESERVATION?

    When placing an order, the order items will be reserved for you. If you are going to need more than 7 days to complete the payment, please let us know by telephone or by writing to us.

     

      5 - DO THE PRODUCTS LOOK LIKE IN THE IMAGES?

     We try as hard as possible to show all products according to the original. But it is possible that by the type of your screen and the level of illumination making the picture small differences could shown. If an item does not meet expectations, you can return it and exchange it for another or receive a refund.

     6 - HOW CAN I GET THE RIGHT SIZE?

     Our size chart will help you find the right size. If you are not sure, you are always welcome to write or call us. We will be happy to help you and if needed we will measure the item that interests you.

     7 - WHY MY SIZE DOESN'T SHOW UP?

     All available items are displayed on the page. If you want to know if a size will be available again, write us or call us. If you have placed an order, the items in that order will be reserved for you. If after ordering an item and is no longer available on the page, it is because you got the last unit.

     8 - DISCOUNT COUPONS?

     You can redeem the coupons in the cart just after "Add to cart", previously explained in step 1 of I want to place an order - How does it works? 

      9 - WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH MY PERSONAL DATA?

     10 - HOW CAN I CANCEL MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

      In "My account" you can deactivate your client account. If commercial and fiscal data retention periods are to be taken into account by lawful obligation, the length of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.

      11 - DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG/BROCHURE AVAILABLE?

      No, unfortunately we do not have a catalog, we offer our products exclusively in our online store. The written press is not sufficiently adaptable to reflect our offer, which grows every day, so we do not print catalogs.
